Introduction
Panquake is a next generation messaging platform on a P2P network as described in the Terms of Service (“ToS”, “Panquake Terms of Service”). Panquake offers a variety of membership based subscriptions. When purchasing a membership, you may select the option of authorising recurring monthly or annual payments, which will be made to Talk Liberation ehf and/or its partners (“Talk Liberation”, “we”, “our”, and “us”) using the payment method you selected until the subscription is cancelled by you or by Talk Liberation.
We use third-party payment processors to securely facilitate purchases of Panquake membership.

Payment
You can access your Panquake subscription status, account status and billing history at any time by accessing the relevant section at the Panquake product application account settings menu. If your payment method is declined by the third party payment processor, you must provide them with new payment information or your Panquake subscription will be cancelled. If you provide new payment information and are successfully charged, your new subscription period will be based on the date of the successful charge.

Taxes and Conversion Rates
Users in certain regions may in some circumstances be required to pay local taxes and/or card payment levies which will be calculated and added to the total cost of a purchase, by the payment provider. Payment providers may apply their own commissions and conversion rates to payments in various currencies. This is outside of our control.

Cancellation Policy
- Deactivation of Subscription
You can deactivate or reactivate your Panquake subscription at any time by accessing the Account Security section of the Panquake dashboard. You can also delete your account. - Refunds and Effective Cancellation
If you elect to deactivate or delete your account you will not receive refund or credit for any remaining days in your current billing period.

Paid Services Obtained Through Third Parties

If you obtain a Panquake subscription via a third party, your purchase may be further subject to the third party's terms as agreed between you and the third party. For paid services obtained via a third party, your billing relationship may be directly with the applicable third party. By issuing a chargeback or refund request for Panquake subscription paid for through a third party, you agree to allow us to release necessary data to that third party regarding your account status and Panquake subscription.

Termination
- Compliance with the Terms
Failure to comply with the Panquake Terms of Service may result in a temporary suspension from accessing Panquake or in the extreme, an account ban. In such instances, you might lose the benefits of Panquake, and we will not compensate you for this loss. - Unilateral Termination
We may decide to stop offering subscriptions at any time, including in response to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, or to comply with a legal requirement; in this case we will cancel your subscription and refund the pro-rated portion of any subscription fee in proportion to the remaining unused term of the subscription.

Taxes, Fees and Refunds
You are responsible for all applicable taxes, data plans, internet fees, and other fees associated with your use of Panquake.
Generally, all charges for purchases are non-refundable. It is not possible to get a “partial refund” or credit if a user wishes to cancel their recurring subscription early – it will remain valid until the end of its purchased duration. -

During the initial phase following its launch, Panquake may provide complimentary non-payable or discounted options for new users. Subsequently, we reserve the right to cancel or stop complimentary services at any time.
While we do not anticipate frequent changes to the price of Panquake subscriptions, we reserve the right to update or amend both these terms and the fees in effect on renewal of your subscription, to reflect factors such as changes to our business, different product offerings, or new economic conditions. -
Advance Notice
We will give you no less than 30 days advance notice of any material changes via an account notification in the Panquake dashboard and you will have the opportunity to cancel your subscription before the changes come into effect.

Payment Processing
We use ancillary services for payment processing, which requires sharing information related to subscriptions (duration, price, currency, validity or expiry period but not any PII) over a secure connection, under legal agreement that appropriately controls its use and retention. We may establish similar arrangements with other service providers, but always use privacy and security as key criteria when selecting them, and we do not share any more data than necessary for those providers to perform their duties. PII collected by those providers is not ingested back into our platform. We are supplied only with a confirmation that a transaction has been completed in order to update the account subscription status within our application, without in any way exposing the personal or payment information of the user.
Merchant payments are processed c/o IT Innovations FZ-LLC, FDRK5764, Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, AL Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, Registration ID: 5027114 via the N-Genius platform of Network International Holdings, a payment processor, or its associated merchant bank/s for the sole purpose of collecting the required personal data, verifying the information and to collect and confirm payment for the services provided.
